Return Policy
All sales are final. Because commissions are made to order, I'm unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Processing & Handling
Originals ship within one week. Commissions are shipped within two weeks after completion to allow time for proper drying.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and size of the painting. The total shipping price will be displayed before purchase.
International Shipping
Paintings are dispatched from Ontario, Canada. Jessica Wynn is not responsible for any duties, tariffs or taxes applied to your order during border crossings.
